Founder & CEO | Web & UX/UI Design | IT & LMS Solutions
Sherry is a digital learning and technology strategist who transforms ideas into user-centered, impactful solutions. With over 15+ years of experience in educational technology, IT support, and digital innovation across academia, software, and healthcare, she brings a clear vision for smart digital transformation and scalable IT systems. Her expertise includes LMS administration, learning design, web development, UI/UX design, and technical project management. Sherry has led high-profile projects ranging from LMS development and platform migrations to enterprise IT initiatives. She also teaches web design & development and holds a PhD in Information Science & Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri (USA).
Josipa Bauser
Digital Product & Service Design | UX Research & Strategy | Educator
Josipa brings 15+ years of experience helping Big Tech and startups create data-driven digital products that meet business goals. She has worked across two continents in health-tech, fin-tech, e-commerce, and MarTech for B2B and B2C markets. Partnering with executives and product teams, she applies quantitative and qualitative research to improve products, enhance customer experiences, and drive growth. Outside client work, she teaches Research and Data in CX and Innovation at IE Business School, mentors UX professionals, and speaks at global conferences. She holds a PhD in Information Science and Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri (USA).
Dinara Saparova
UX Research | Usability Testing | Multilingual Accessibility
Dinara is a U.S.-based UX researcher with a PhD in Information Science & Learning Technologies from the University of Missouri and a graduate degree in Comparative Linguistics from the Kazakh University of International Relations and World Languages. She focuses on UX design, usability testing, and qualitative research to drive digital transformation and scalable web solutions. Her expertise includes UX audits, interface evaluations, and bilingual translation to improve accessibility and user experience. Her work has appeared in prominent publications and has been featured at major national conferences.
Rui Hu
UI/UX Design | Web Development | Digital Accessibility
Rui holds a Bachelor’s in New Media & Studio Art and a Master of Information in User Experience Design from the University of Toronto (Canada), she specializes in crafting digital experiences that are intuitive, inclusive, and purpose driven. Her work blends UI/UX design, front-end development, and accessibility compliance to build websites that are both functional and user-friendly. She has contributed to redesigns, UX research, and accessibility audits across diverse sectors, including healthcare, education, legal services, restaurants, and trading firms. Rui focuses on translating complex requirements into explicit interfaces that meet user needs and business goals.
Lilly Lin
Graphic & Multimedia Design | Digital Branding Strategy
Lilly is a visual communication and digital art specialist with a Master’s degree in Design with Digital Media from the University of Missouri (USA). Her creative work has been featured in international exhibitions, including the 35th Paper in Particular (USA), City as Medium (Hong Kong), and the Cannes Short Film Corner (France). She has received recognition across borders, earning honors such as Fine Art Student Runner-up by Creative Quarterly (New York) and an A’Design Award in Italy.
Evander Yang
Software Engineer | Full-Stack Development | CMS & SEO Implementation
Evander is a Full-Stack & CMS Developer with a Master’s degree in Systems Science & Engineering (AI) from the University of Ottawa (Canada) and over eight years of experience in software engineering and quality assurance. He builds secure, high-performance web solutions using React, Node.js, Python, and PostgreSQL, and customizes CMS platforms like WordPress, Drupal, and Sitecore for SEO-friendly, multilingual sites. His recent work includes CI/CD pipelines, QA automation, and quantum-safe cryptography. With experience across public and private sectors, he delivers scalable, future-ready systems that drive digital innovation.
